Job description
We’re looking for a technically literate Junior Support Engineer with a problem solving mindset and eagerness to learn. You’ll be a key player in ensuring Bluebella’s technical operations run smoothly — across ecommerce, product, wholesale, and supply chain — and help us build and scale innovative new tools that power growth.
Whether it’s delivering first-line support, working with app integrations, or optimizing internal systems, you’ll be central to enabling a seamless, connected experience for our customers and our teams

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support to ensure Bluebella product, ecommerce, wholesale, and supply chain environments are functioning effectively
- Work with Technical Manager to manage open tasks, collaborating with the development team (internal and 3rd Party) and stakeholders within the business to manage and report on progress, and assist with prioritization.
- When issues arise, be able to approximately diagnose and direct the query to the right place, and over time work towards being able to independently diagnose and resolve issues.
- Support functionality enhancements, site improvements, app integrations and new projects to advance our in-house apps and internal toolsets - with the aim of optimizing and enhancing the eCommerce environment for our customers and other environments for our in-house users.
- Support CRM platform for the design & implementation of new flows, testing, support, and audit
- Supports the wider technology function by delivering training workshops across the business and creating clear, user- friendly documentation to support these sessions.

What we are looking for
- A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a curiosity for learning
- High attention to detail, with the ability to test CRM workflows and review system logs before escalation
- Enthusiasm for new technologies . You may not have significant experience in eCommerce but will be able to show an understanding of working with multiple connected systems with data going in, through and out.
- An appreciation of technical operating environments that integrate with 3rd party software agencies
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external clients and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Team Leaders
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities and supporting multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of motivation, ability to multi-task and support work volumes that fluctuate.
- A flexible mindset and a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and solid Excel skills
- Some exposure to—or a basic understanding of—ERP or inventory management systems (IMS)
- An interest in engineering, technology, or related fields—gained through formal study, self learning or hands-on experience
Nice to have
- Exposure to eCommerce, supply chain, or retail environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools, middleware, or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jira, Agile environments)
- Experience diagnosing and escalating issues across integrated systems
- Some exposure of working on projects that involve developers [but note that the role is not a route into development]
