Programme Breakdown
- UK (three months): Mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Italy (three months): Electrical systems, simulation, programming
- Netherlands (three months): Field service and customer integration
- UK (three months): Independent projects and specialisation

What we are looking for
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering degrees may be considered, depending on electrical background experience.
- 0–2 years of post-graduate experience or Placement within a university.
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Keen to work internationally and adapt to new cultures
- Interest in field service, power systems, and control solutions
